目的了解东海县学龄儿童碘营养状况,为碘缺乏病防治提供依据。方法采集东海县8~10岁儿童尿样1 044份,采用酸消化砷铈接触法检测。数据用SPSS 17.0处理。结果学龄儿童尿碘中位数为172.6μg/L,尿碘0μg/L组占0.29%,20μg/L组占1.15%,50μg/L组占12.93%,100μg/L组占48.56%,200μg/L组占33.62%,300μg/L组占3.45%。不同性别学龄儿童尿碘水平差异无统计学意义。结论东海县学龄儿童碘的摄入量可以满足机体需要,机体碘营养状况良好。
Objective To understand the iodine nutrition status of school-aged children in Donghai County and provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders. Methods A total of 1044 urinary samples from 8 to 10 years old children in Donghai County were collected and detected by acid-digested arsenic-cerium contact method. Data was processed using SPSS 17.0. Results The urinary iodine median of school-age children was 172.6μg / L, the urinary iodine 0μg / L group was 0.29%, the 20μg / L group was 1.15%, the 50μg / L group was 12.93%, the 100μg / L group was 48.56% L group accounted for 33.62%, 300μg / L group accounted for 3.45%. There was no significant difference in urinary iodine levels among school-age children of different genders. Conclusion The iodine intake of school-age children in Donghai County can meet the needs of the body, and the iodine nutrition in the body is good.
