TB5钛合金凸弯边橡皮成形时易失稳起皱.将起皱缺陷量化作为优化目标,以凸弯边起皱为缺陷考察指标和侧压块优化的目标函数,基于有限元模拟和试验设计,对不同几何参数下的侧压块橡皮成形进行了有限元模拟,分析了几何参数对起皱指标的影响程度,应用响应面法建立侧压块几何参数和起皱评价指标间的函数关系,并用拟牛顿法进行优化.建立了优化参数和成形指标间的近似函数关系及侧压块优化设计模型.通过试验验证该优化方法的有效性和正确性.
The TB5 titanium alloy convex buckle rubber forming is prone to destabilize wrinkling.With the optimization of the wrinkle defect quantification as the objective, the objective function of convex crimp wrinkling as the defect inspection index and lateral compact optimization is proposed.Based on the finite element simulation and experimental design The geometrical parameters were analyzed by finite element method (FEA) under different geometrical parameters. The influence of geometrical parameters on the wrinkle index was analyzed. Response surface method was used to establish the functional relationship between the geometrical parameters of the side pressure block and the wrinkle index. Newton method was used to optimize the model.The approximation function between optimization parameters and forming index and optimization design model of lateral pressure block were established.The validity and correctness of this optimization method were verified by experiments.
