在当今社会,食品不仅丰富多样,而且价低易购,无论是在当地的食品杂货铺,还是你所喜爱的餐馆或是24小时营业的社区快餐店,都有数十种食品选择的机会。因此,许多人都失去了自己的生活方式,面临着减去额外体重的痛苦。众多的肥胖者无法明白自己为何体重始终呈上升态势,在他们看来,自己时时在检测摄入的食品,总是小心翼翼地避免摄人过多的热量。那么为什么在自己所认为应该摄入的量和实际摄入的量之间存在着脱节呢?

As a result, many people lose their way of life and face the pain of losing extra weight. Numerous obese people can not understand why they are always on the rise. In their opinion, they constantly check for food intake and are always careful to avoid taking too much calories. So why is there a disconnect between what we think should be ingested and what we actually consume?
