喉返神经同甲状腺之间关系密切,当手术意外损伤喉返神经时,将造成声音嘶哑、呼吸不畅,严重者可出现窒息。因此,如何避免喉返神经损伤是临床手术所面临的重要问题。研究表明,在手术中解剖显露喉返神经是预防损伤最为有效的方法。本研究通过观测喉返神经位置、行程、分支及变异等解剖特点,为甲状腺手术中喉返神经的定位及保护提供解剖学依据。1资料与方法1.1一般资料选经甲醛防腐固定且未有颈部手术
Recurrent laryngeal nerve and thyroid are closely related, when the accidental injury of recurrent laryngeal nerve, it will cause hoarseness, poor breathing, severe asphyxia may occur. Therefore, how to avoid recurrent laryngeal nerve injury is an important issue in clinical surgery. Research shows that dissecting the recurrent laryngeal nerve during surgery is the most effective way to prevent injury. In this study, the anatomical characteristics of the recurrent laryngeal nerve such as position, stroke, branch and variation were observed to provide anatomic evidence for the location and protection of the recurrent laryngeal nerve in thyroid surgery. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information Selected by the anti-corrosion formaldehyde fixation and no neck surgery
