随着无人机电源的发展,电气测试系统变得越来越重要。由于航空电源系统具有测试信号多、数据量大、处理复杂等特点,要求测试系统具有多通道高速实时同步采集、实时存储等功能。设计了一种基于PXI总线的无人机电气测试系统。该系统采用PXI硬件体系结构,使测试系统具有高可靠性、高精度;以Lab VIEW高效图形化编程语言设计数据采集软件,具有软件开发便捷、可移植性好的特点。经过多次测试考核,该系统性能稳定、满足设计指标要求,同时提高了无人机电源系统测试效率,对复杂数据的监测具有很高的应用价值。
With the development of UAV power, electrical test systems become more and more important. Due to the characteristics of the test signal, the large amount of data and the complex processing, the test system is required to have multi-channel high-speed real-time synchronous acquisition and real-time storage. Design a UAV electrical test system based on PXI bus. The system uses PXI hardware architecture to make the test system with high reliability and high precision. The data acquisition software is designed with Lab VIEW high-efficiency graphical programming language and has the advantages of convenient software development and good portability. After several tests, the system has stable performance and meets the design requirements. At the same time, it improves the testing efficiency of UAV power system and has high application value for the monitoring of complex data.
