通过粉煤灰替代部分水泥,研究了在低水胶比情况下,粉煤灰掺量变化对混凝土工作性的影响。结果表明,粉煤灰掺量对水泥混凝土的工作性有最直接的影响,在掺量0%—50%之间,随着粉煤灰替代量的增加,水泥混凝土的工作性逐渐增大,粉煤灰掺量超过50%后混凝土工作性就开始下降,粉煤灰对混凝土的塌落度损失有明显的延缓作用。
Through the replacement of part of cement with fly ash, the effect of fly ash content on the workability of concrete under low water cement ratio was studied. The results show that the content of fly ash has the most direct impact on the workability of cement concrete. With the increase of replacement amount of fly ash, the workability of cement concrete increases gradually with the content of fly ash from 0% to 50% When the content of fly ash exceeds 50%, the workability of concrete begins to decline, and fly ash has obvious retardation effect on the slump loss of concrete.
