探讨周期蛋白 (cyclinE)在原发性胆囊癌中的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测原发性胆囊癌中cyclinE蛋白的表达。结果cyclinE蛋白在原发性胆囊癌中的阳性表达率为 5 9 0 9% (2 6 / 44 ) ,明显高于良性病变 (P <0 0 5 ) ;cyclinE蛋白在肿瘤分级中差异有显著意义(P <0 0 5 ) ;在Nevin分期中早期明显低于晚期 (P <0 0 5 ) ;有癌转移者明显高于未转移者 (P <0 0 5 )。结论cyclinE蛋白在原发性胆囊癌发生、发展中起重要的作用 ,可作为原发性胆囊癌的生物学标记物。
To investigate the expression and significance of cyclinE in primary gallbladder carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of cyclinE protein in primary gallbladder carcinoma. Results The positive expression rate of cyclinE protein in primary gallbladder carcinoma was 5.99% (26/44), which was significantly higher than that of benign lesions (P < 0.05). CyclinE protein had significant difference in tumor grade. (P <0 05); In the early Nevin stage was significantly lower than the late stage (P <0 05); those with cancer metastasis were significantly higher than those without metastasis (P <0 05). Conclusion The cyclinE protein plays an important role in the occurrence and development of primary gallbladder carcinoma. It can be used as a biological marker for primary gallbladder cancer.
