本文根据我省性病蔓延情况,提出性病目前在我国应大力查禁、防止继续蔓延但不可能消灭。其理由有三:一是“性”巳成为一种特殊的商品,它已作为一种商品交换的异化现象出现。商品经济愈发展,卖淫现象便会有其市场和流通领域;二是消灭传染源和切断传播途径的速度赶不上蔓延的速度;其三是受还未建立起一套完整的适合于目前社会制度和经济状况的新的性道德、性心理、性伦理学,据此,本文认为性病应禁而不会止,在防治工作中提消灭二字则不切实际。
