林权制度改革是社会主义新农村建设的重要组成部分,改革关系到我国农村的经济、社会、人文等多方面的和谐发展。我国一些省份的集体林权改革工作已经进行了相当长一段时间,并取得了良好的成绩,但是其中也暴露了一些问题。本文以林权制度改革中涉及到的法律问题为研究视点,分析了我国林权改革中凸显的法律问题,并指出了完善我国农村集体林权制度改革的具体法律制度。
The reform of forest tenure system is an important part of the construction of a new socialist countryside. The reform is related to the harmonious development of the economy, society and humanities in rural areas of our country. The reform of collective forest rights in some provinces in China has been going on for a long time and has achieved good results. However, some problems have also been exposed. This article takes the legal issues involved in the reform of the forest rights system as the research perspective, analyzes the legal issues highlighted in the reform of the forest rights in our country, and points out the specific legal system to improve the reform of the rural collective forest rights in our country.
