体育教师在阳光体育运动的相关要求下应该发挥以下主导作用:加强自身修养,积极转变教育观念,注重体育文化的传播;更新知识结构,改进教育、教学方法,培养学生运动能力;激发学生兴趣,培养学生“健康第一”的体育意识;建立和谐的师生关系;积极发挥自身的社会作用。
Under the related requirements of sunshine sports, physical education teachers should play the following leading roles: strengthening their self-cultivation, changing their concepts of education actively, emphasizing the dissemination of sports culture, updating the knowledge structure, improving education and teaching methods, cultivating students ’athletic ability, stimulating students’ interests, Cultivate students “health first ” sports awareness; establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students; and actively play their own social role.
