对Mg-8Al合金加不同含量Ca后的镁合金显微组织进行观察,结合XRD、EDS能谱分析,研究了Ca合金化对Mg-8Al合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明:Mg-8Al合金通过Ca合金化后,铸态显微组织得以细化,共晶β-Mg17Al12相变得断续、细小;合金组织中有新相Mg2Ca形成,由于Ca原子与Mg原子的置换作用,使β-Mg17Al12相中也存在Ca元素;合金化后的组织综合力学性能有所提升,尤以Mg-8Al-0.5Ca合金性能最优,这较合金化前有大幅提高。
The microstructure of Mg-8Al alloy with different Ca content was observed. The effects of Ca alloying on microstructure and properties of Mg-8Al alloy were investigated by XRD and EDS. The results show that the as-cast microstructure of Mg-8Al alloy is refined by Ca alloying, and the eutectic β-Mg17Al12 phase becomes discontinuous and fine; the new phase Mg2Ca is formed in the alloy structure. Because Ca and Mg atoms , The Ca element is also present in the β-Mg17Al12 phase. The mechanical properties of the alloy after alloying are improved, especially the Mg-8Al-0.5Ca alloy has the best performance, which is significantly higher than that before the alloying.
