本文基于顾客关系管理的理论从战略制定和业务实施层面对我国汽车企业的顾客关系管理战略实施现状及问题进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了顾客关系管理实施的对策建议。
Based on the theory of customer relationship management, this paper analyzes the status quo and problems of the implementation of customer relationship management strategy in China’s automobile enterprises from the strategy formulation and the business implementation level. Based on this, the countermeasures and suggestions on the implementation of customer relationship management are put forward.
