在膀胱阴道瘘、特别在复杂尿瘘的修补术中,由于瘘孔周围疤痕多,解剖层次不清,因而瘘孔周围阴道壁的游离很困难,出血较多,常因阴道壁游离不充分,影响手术的成功率。为此,我们对阴道壁的游离方法进行改进,求用阴道—膀胱间隙注“水”,形成“水垫”后分离,经7例病人的临床实践,效果满意,手术均获一次成功,现介绍如下。
