目的:分析空心钉内固定治疗老年股骨颈骨折疗效。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年5月在本院治疗的52例老年股骨劲骨折病 患,基于其选择划入K组与J组(n=26)。K组行空心钉内固定治

目的:分析空心钉内固定治疗老年股骨颈骨折疗效。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年5月在本院治疗的52例老年股骨劲骨折病 患,基于其选择划入K组与J组(n=26)。K组行空心钉内固定治疗,G组行髋关节后外侧假体植入治疗,比较两组患者的手术指标、恢复 指标。结果:K组病例的手术时长、住院时长及术中出血量均低于J组病例,数据比较有统计学意义(p<0.05)。K组术后并发症出现率是 3.85%,J组术后并发症出现率是19.23%,K组并发症出现率相对较低,优于J组(p<0.05)。治疗前两组评分比较
