心率变异性(HRV)是指逐次心跳周期差异的变化情况,它产生于自主神经系统对心脏窦房结的调制,是预测心脏性猝死和心律失常性事件的一个很有价值的指标。传统对HRV的分析多是基于心电信号,而心电信号的采集过程较为复杂,因此我们设计了一种基于光电容积脉搏波(PPG)描记法的HRV分析系统,PPG信号通过单片机从人体手指端采集,数据经过USB转串口模块发送给上位机,上位机软件将采集到的数据绘成波形图并将数据存储下来,以便日后HRV分析使用。该系统尺寸小、功耗低、操作简单,适用于家庭和医院的日常监护。
Heart rate variability (HRV) refers to the variation of successive heartbeat cycles. It is produced by autonomic nervous system modulation of the cardiac sinus node and is a valuable indicator of sudden cardiac death and arrhythmic events. Traditional analysis of HRV is mostly based on ECG signals, and ECG acquisition process is more complicated, so we design a HRV analysis system based on photoplethysmography (PPG) tracing method, PPG signal through the microcontroller from the human finger End collection, the data sent to the host computer through the USB to serial module, PC software will collect the data into a waveform and data storage for future HRV analysis. The system is small size, low power consumption, simple operation, suitable for daily monitoring of homes and hospitals.
