内部组织缺陷是影响轴承钢疲劳寿命的主要原因,除常见的夹杂物、显微孔隙、带状组织等缺陷外,液析是一种严重影响轴承钢基体连续性和致密性的缺陷。通过一系列技术研究和试验,在生产过程中采取了相应的技术措施,轴承钢液析缺陷得到有效控制,改制和待处理品大幅度降低,液析检验一次合格率达到99%以上。
Internal organization defects are the main reasons that affect the fatigue life of bearing steel. In addition to the common defects such as inclusions, micropores and ribbons, liquid analysis is a defect that seriously affects the continuity and compactness of bearing steel. Through a series of technical researches and experiments, corresponding technical measures have been adopted in the production process. The liquidusation defects of bearing steel have been effectively controlled, and the reforming and the products to be treated have been greatly reduced. The qualified rate of liquid analysis once reached more than 99%.
