为了有效控制空间相机电子系统各个模块以及整机的的电气技术状态,降低系统直接上电带来的潜在故障风险,提出了系统上电测试前的电接口静态测试方法。方法:首先,对空间相机电接口进行了定义和分类,给出了常见空间相机电接口的测试方法,论述了空间相机电接口静态测试在确定相机状态预防潜在上电风险的有效性,同时建立了数字万用表的电阻档测试模型,讨论了不同电路在万用表测电阻中的特性和注意事项。结果:实验结果表明在空间相机上电测试前进行电接口的静态测试,在元器件单点失效的情况下,该方法能够有效地确认电接口静态技术状态,降低相机上电测试的安全风险。
In order to effectively control the electrical state of each module of the space camera electronic system and the whole machine and reduce the potential failure risk caused by the direct power-on of the system, a static test method of the electrical interface before the system power-on test is proposed. Methods: Firstly, the definition and classification of space camera electrical interface were given. The testing methods of common space camera electrical interface were given. The effectiveness of the static test of space camera electrical interface in determining the camera status to prevent potential power-on risk was discussed. At the same time, The digital multimeter resistance file test model to discuss the different circuits in the multimeter resistance measurement characteristics and precautions. Results: The experimental results show that the static test of the electrical interface before the power-on test of the space camera is carried out. This method can effectively confirm the static state of the electrical interface and reduce the security risk of the camera power-on test when the component is failed.
