瞬态过程振动特征对于旋转机械故障诊断是极其重要的 ,在多年自动诊断系统研究的基础上 ,针对三维谱图的自动识别与瞬态过程的故障诊断问题 ,提出幅值响应谐波分量 Bode图的概念 ;提出三维转速谱阵图表示为谐波分量 Bode图有限集的模型 ;提出基于谐波分量 Bode图集表示的三维谱图自动识别算法和振动故障瞬态诊断策略。从而实现机组三维转速谱阵图瞬态振动特征的自动提取和故障识别与诊断。
The vibration characteristics of transient process are extremely important for the fault diagnosis of rotating machinery.
