灰岩地区因其地质条件复杂,如土洞、岩溶(溶洞、溶沟、溶槽)、构造带(断层、裂隙)发育,地下水丰富甚至有地下暗河通道等,严重影响桩基础的选型和施工质量及安全。尤其是大型建筑物的基础,如果对岩土工程条件认识不足,在施工中多次更改桩型,就会造成严重的质量安全隐患和经济损失。现通过对深圳灰岩地区多个深基础施工成败经验的分析,提出一些经验性意见。
