提出了一种锅炉汽温状态反馈控制器的工程设计新方法。该方法采用负实重极点法确定控制系统的期望极点,利用能控标准形和梅森公式导出控制系统的传递函数。应用该方法可同时完成动态设计和稳态设计,该方法只含简单的代数运算,所用参数的物理意义明确,适于工程应用。通过成功的仿真试验证明了所提方法的正确性和有效性。
A new engineering design method for boiler steam temperature feedback controller is proposed. The method uses the negative real heavy method to determine the desired pole of the control system and uses the controllable standard form and the Mason formula to derive the transfer function of the control system. This method can be used for both dynamic design and steady-state design. The method includes only simple algebraic operation. The parameters used have clear physical meaning and are suitable for engineering application. The successful simulation shows that the proposed method is correct and effective.
