事件:根据教务处安排,下半年我们有一个业务评比。今年在评比项目上我们进行了创新,由原来的教务处制定项目改为各年级组自行商定,比如环境创设、优质课、半日活动、早操等业务评比,初衷是切实有利于孩子发展并能真正促进教师的成长。我参加了一个年级组的研讨,想听一听大家有什么好的想法,我发现大家发言都比较被动,情绪不怎么积极,见我在现场,一副欲言又止的样子,看来这种业务评比不太受老师们的欢迎。我借故离开了教研现场,退出了本次活动。
