目的:探讨各种宫内节育器(IUD)对生殖健康的影响。方法:采用回顾性调查分析,对18 900例育龄妇女进行妇科病的普查普治工作。其中通过B超检查及放射科检查确诊各种IUD人数15 200例(80.43%)。结果:IUD避孕效果好,但对生殖健康有一定影响。母体乐、“T”型带尾丝环影响相对没有尾丝环大(P<0.05)。而TCU380、元铜300、活性Y型、吉妮、花环没有尾丝环相对影响较小(P<0.01),其累计续用率98.00%,累计终止率2.00%。结论:提高广大育龄妇女自我保健意识,人人享有生殖健康是非常重要的,值得我们医务工作者进一步研究的问题。
Objective: To investigate the effects of various intrauterine devices (IUDs) on reproductive health. Methods: A retrospective survey of 18 900 cases of women of childbearing age for general survey of gynecological diseases. Among them, 15 200 cases (80.43%) were confirmed by B-ultrasound and radiology examination. Results: IUD contraceptive effect is good, but it has some impact on reproductive health. Maternal music, “T” -type tail-tailed wire ring effect is relatively large (P <0.05). However, TCU380, Yuan-Cu-300, Y-Active, Jeanne and Garland did not significantly affect the tail loop (P <0.01), and the cumulative renewal rate was 98.00% and the cumulative termination rate was 2.00%. Conclusion: It is very important for all women of childbearing age to raise awareness of self-care and to have reproductive health for all. Therefore, it is worth our medical staff’s further study.
