我国拥有丰富的农作物废弃物生物质资源,生物质气化技术是洁净高效利用生物质能的有效途径。以自行研制的上吸式秸秆气化炉为研究对象,通过实验研究的方法,研究了当量比Φ对该气化炉气化特性的影响。结果表明:在实验工况下,最佳气化当量比Φ为0.25~0.3,此时气化区平均温度在950℃,秸秆气化煤气低位热值平均可达5.98MJ/m3(标准立方米),气化强度达到137.7kg/(m2·h),产气率为1.68m3/kg,碳转化率为86.4%,气化效率为73.3%。当Φ<0.3时,气化煤气焦油含量随Φ增加较缓慢,但当Φ>0.3后,煤气焦油含量迅速提升。
China has abundant biomass resources for crop wastes, and biomass gasification technology is an effective way to clean and efficiently use biomass energy. The self-developed suction straw gasifier is taken as the research object. The effects of equivalence ratio Φ on the gasification characteristics of the gasifier are studied through experimental research. The results show that under the experimental conditions, the optimum gasification equivalence ratio Φ is 0.25 ~ 0.3, meanwhile the mean temperature of the gasification zone is 950 ℃, the average heating value of straw gasification gas is 5.98MJ / m3 (standard cubic meter ), The gasification intensity reached 137.7kg / (m2 · h), the gas production rate was 1.68m3 / kg, the carbon conversion rate was 86.4% and the gasification efficiency was 73.3%. When Φ <0.3, the content of tar in gasified gas increases slowly with Φ, but when Φ> 0.3, the content of tar in gas increases rapidly.
