目的研究职业性噪声接触对心血管系统影响的彩色多普勒超声检查指标,为噪声作业对心血管系统影响的职业健康监护提供依据。方法对工作场所噪声检测,对接触噪声的76人(接触组)和非噪声接触45人(对照组)进行血压、心电图和心血管彩色多普勒超声检查。结果①工作场所噪声测量为非稳态、8 h等效声级为87.1 dB(A),不符合国家标准限值的要求;②接触组高血压检出率、心电图异常率、心血管彩色多普勒超声检查的主动脉内径、左室缩末内径、左室射血分数、肺动脉瓣加速时间等指标与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声检查指标可以作为职业性噪声接触对心血管影响的血流动力学、心脏功能和心脏结构的检查指标。
Objective To study the color Doppler echocardiography index of occupational noise exposure on the cardiovascular system and provide the basis for occupational health monitoring of the noise cardiovascular system. Methods Blood pressure, electrocardiogram (ECG) and cardiovascular color Doppler echocardiography were performed on workplace noise testing, 76 contact noise exposure (contact group) and 45 non-noise exposure (control group). Results ① The workplace noise was measured in a non-steady state and the equivalent 8-h sound level was 87.1 dB (A), which did not meet the national standard. ② The detection rate of hypertension, ECG abnormality, The indexes of aortic diameter, left ventricular end-systolic diameter, left ventricular ejection fraction, pulmonary valve acceleration time and other parameters in the ultrasound examination were significantly different from those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The color Doppler ultrasound examination indicators can be used as indicators of occupational noise exposure to cardiovascular effects on hemodynamics, cardiac function and cardiac structure.
