超声弹性成像与二维超声诊断乳腺肿瘤良恶性的比较

目的:探讨超声弹性成像(UE)与二维超声诊断乳腺肿瘤良恶性的价值。方法:对104例患者共119个乳腺肿瘤,先作UE检查,再行常规二维超声检查,以手术后病理诊断结果作对照,分别计算UE、二维超声诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤的敏感性、特异性、准确性。结果:本组病例中,手术后病理诊断证实有68例共80个为乳腺良性肿瘤,另36例共39个为乳腺恶性肿瘤。UE诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤的敏感性为87.2%,特异性为93.8%,准确率为91.6%,二维超声诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤的敏感性为82.1%,特异性为88.8%,准确率为86.6%。结论:UE对乳腺肿瘤良恶性的诊断优于二维超声诊断,具有重要价值与广阔的应用前景。 Objective: To investigate the value of ultrasound elastography (UE) and two-dimensional ultrasonography in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors. Methods: A total of 119 breast tumors from 104 patients were examined by UE before routine two-dimensional ultrasonography. The results of postoperative pathological diagnosis were used as controls to calculate the sensitivity of UE and two-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Sexuality, accuracy. Results: In this group of patients, postoperative pathological diagnosis confirmed a total of 68 cases of benign breast tumor, and the other 36 cases were a total of 39 cases of breast cancer. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the diagnosis of breast cancer were 87.2%, 93.8% and 91.6% respectively. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the two-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer were 82.1%, 88.8% and 86.6% respectively. Conclusion: The diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors in UE is superior to two-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis, which has important value and broad application prospect.
