回顾了湖北省电力试验研究所信息系统的发展历程，介绍了该系统的现状及发展方向。该系统的网络采用总线加星形的结构，在户内使用同轴电缆或双绞线，楼宇之间使用光缆。介绍了管理信息系统的逻辑结构、开发方式和所实现的功能。目前使用的开发平台为ＦｏｘｐｒｏｆｏｒＷｉｎｄｏｗｓ，同时对以ＮＴＳｅｒｖｅｒ为Ｗｅｂ服务器的Ｉｎｔｒａｎｅｔ企业网的开发应用情况及实现的功能作了介绍，着重讨论了所采用的Ｗｅｂ服务与ＭＩＳ系统的接口技术。指出了该系统存在的问题并提出了相应的解决办法和建议。
The development course of information system of Hubei Electric Power Research Institute is reviewed, and the status quo and development direction of this system are introduced. The system’s network using bus plus star structure, indoor use of coaxial cable or twisted pair, the use of optical cable between buildings. Introduced the logical structure of management information system, development methods and functions realized. The development platform currently used is FoxproforWindows. At the same time, this paper introduces the development and application of Intranet enterprise network with NTServer as Web server and its functions, and focuses on the interface technology of Web services and MIS system. Points out the problems existing in the system and puts forward corresponding solutions and suggestions.
