目前病案信息资源的开发已成为医教研、医院管理以及社会服务的重要手段。我国较大部分医院病案管理还停留在人工整理、装订、借阅、编码、检索等这种陈旧模式上,病案的破损、毁坏、丢失也是一大难题。建立一套与当代医院管理相适应的、高水平的现代化医院信息系统,实现集管理、医疗、教学、科研、预防、保健于一体的办公自动化、网络化、教学化的科学管理模式,病案新技术的应用可缩短患者的诊疗时间,大大节约医疗费用,又能最大限度地实现信息资源共享,促进医疗服务模式的转变。
