玉米芯是主要的农副产品,无论是平川还是山区都有取之不尽用之不竭的资源。经过几年的试验,虽已证明玉米芯栽培猴头菇是可行的,但产量不很理想。为了提高玉米芯栽培猴头菇的产量,我们于1992年春季用不同方法处理玉米芯,现将试验结果报道如下: 一、材料与方法 (一)供试菌株 供试菌株H—88,由山西省生物研究所提供,母种采用PDA培养基,原种用棉子壳培养基。 (二)栽培料配方 ①玉米芯77%,麸皮20%;②玉米芯87%,麸皮10%;③玉米芯50%,棉子壳37%,麸皮10%;④棉子壳87%,麸皮10%(对照)。各配方均加入石膏、蔗糖和过磷酸钙各1%,另加磷酸二氢钾0.2%。 (三)栽培方法 栽培原料为玉米芯和棉子壳,玉米芯粉碎成0.5~1cm大小的颗粒,每种配方装料10kg。试验时用不同的方法处理玉米芯,将配方①~③各分成两组:A组用清水浸泡24小时,捞出后加入各
Corn cob is the main agricultural and sideline products, both flat and mountain areas have inexhaustible resources. After several years of experiments, although it has been proved that cultivation of corn cob Hericium is viable, the yield is not very satisfactory. In order to improve the production of corn cob Hericium, we used different methods to deal with corn cob in the spring of 1992, the test results are reported as follows: I. Materials and methods (a) for the test strain H-88 strain tested by Shanxi Provincial Institute of Biology provided, the mother species using PDA medium, the original species of cotton seedling medium.
