Objective: To analyze and study the influence of pregnancy complicated with hepatitis B on pregnancy outcome. Methods: The basic data of 60 pregnant women with hepatitis B during pregnancy from April 2013 to April 2016 were collected. Then, the basic data of 60 patients with normal pregnancy were used as control to observe the pregnancy of the two groups of patients What is the difference? Results: In the treatment group, there were 7 cases of pregnancy-induced hypertension, 17 cases of premature rupture of membranes, 9 cases of postpartum hemorrhage, and the complication rate was 55.00%. In the control group, 2 cases of pregnancy-induced hypertension, 3 cases of premature rupture of membranes, Bleeding in 4 cases, the complication rate was 15.00%; the incidence of complications in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group. In the treatment group, there were 6 cases of preterm delivery, 9 cases of intrauterine distress, 9 cases of underweight, 8 cases of asphyxia and 53.33% of fetal adverse outcomes. The control group had fetus preterm birth in 1 case and intrauterine distress 2 For example, 1 case of underweight, 2 cases of asphyxia and 10.00% of adverse fetal outcome were found in the treatment group. The incidence of adverse fetal outcomes in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Pregnancy with hepatitis B has adverse effects on pregnancy outcomes and seriously affects the health of mothers and infants. Therefore, we must attach great importance to the treatment of hepatitis B in pregnancy, which can effectively prevent the adverse consequences.
