肺部感染是尘肺最多见的并发症之一,是诱发尘肺患者心肺功能衰竭的重要原因[1]。2003年1月至2007年6月本院收治尘肺并发肺部感染者96例,其中经痰培养确诊为革兰阴性杆菌感染61例,占63·5%。现将其临床特点分析如下。1临床资料1·1一般资料61例均为男性,年龄57~79岁,平均68岁。 Pulmonary infection is one of the most common complications of pneumoconiosis, an important cause of cardiopulmonary failure induced pneumoconiosis [1].
