目的:了解不同层级护士工作压力源状况,并提出相应的压力管理策略。方法:采用一般资料调查表、中国护士压力源量表,对某三甲医院286名不同层级护士进行调查并予针对性压力管理策略。结果:某三甲医院不同层级护士压力水平差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),压力得分前6位的条目依次所属维度:N1护士最突出的为护理患者;N2护士为环境及资源;N3护士为专业及工作、工作量及时间;N4护士为工作量及时间。结论:不同层级护士应根据其压力源不同,采取针对性压力管理策略,帮助不同层级护士积极应对工作压力,维护其身心健康,进而提高护理服务质量。
Objective: To understand the working stressors of different levels of nurses and to put forward corresponding stress management strategies. Methods: A total of 286 nurses of different levels in a top three hospital were surveyed and targeted with stress management strategies by using the general information questionnaire and the China Nurses Stressors Scale. Results: There were significant differences in pressure levels among different levels of nurses in a top three hospital (P <0.05). The top 6 items of pressure scores followed by their respective dimensions: N1 nurses were the most prominent nurses; N2 nurses were environment and resources; N3 nurses For professional and work, workload and time; N4 nurses for the workload and time. Conclusion: Nurses at different levels should adopt targeted stress management strategies according to their different stressors to help nurses at different levels actively respond to work pressure, maintain their physical and mental health, and improve the quality of nursing services.
