随着“以人为本”观念的不断发展和普及,企业越来越注重对员工的人文关怀,对企业文化建设也越来越重视。水电施工企业承担着国家基础设施建设的重任,关系国计民生的大计。水电工企业也更要关注企业文化建设,以保障企业的长期稳定发展,为员工树立正确的人生观、价值观以及正确的职业道德,为企业的长远发展打下良好的基础。但在我国的一些企业中因为企业文化建设缺失,而出现一些离职率较高、企业缺乏稳定性等情况。本文就水电企业的企业文化现状进行分析,对其特殊性进行描述,并提出了加强企业文化建设的策略。
With the continuous development and popularization of the concept of “people-oriented”, enterprises pay more and more attention to the humane care of their employees, and pay more and more attention to the corporate culture. Hydropower construction enterprises bear the heavy responsibility of the national infrastructure construction, the national economy and the people’s livelihood plans. Plumbing companies should also pay more attention to the building of enterprise culture in order to guarantee the long-term and steady development of the enterprise and establish a correct outlook on life and values as well as correct professional ethics for employees so as to lay a good foundation for the long-term development of the enterprise. However, some enterprises in our country lack some of their own corporate culture and there are some situations such as high separation rates and the lack of stability in enterprises. This paper analyzes the status quo of the corporate culture of hydropower enterprises, describes its particularity and puts forward strategies to strengthen the corporate culture.
