新近使用恶性疟原虫体外培养方法,证明对恶性疟感染免疫的夜猴血清可抑制疟原虫在体外的生长。本文观察热灭活的兔疫猴血清对不完全同步恶性疟原虫培养的影响。猴血清的制备:以1×10~6含Camp株恶性疟原虫的红细胞感染夜猴,而后以氯喹治疗,二周后以1×10~7感染红细胞攻击,在初次感染后7个月,再以5×10~8感染的红细胞
Recent use of P. falciparum in vitro culture methods to prove that the immune of falciparum malaria infection of the monkey serum can inhibit the growth of Plasmodium in vitro. In this paper, we observed the effects of heat-inactivated sera of vaccinated rabbits on the culture of incompletely synchronized P. falciparum. Preparation of monkey serum: 1 × 10 ~ 6 Campylobacter falciparum-infected red blood cells were used to infect neonatal monkeys and then treated with chloroquine.
