2008年12月至2013年8月,我们对3例肺癌术后30天内发生的支气管胸膜瘘患者,采用手术方法将带蒂大网膜行支气管胸膜瘘口修补,随访至今,效果良好,现总结如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料本组3例均为男性患者,年龄58~63岁,均为肺癌,均行系统淋巴结清扫,1例行右中下肺叶切除术;1例为下咽癌术后及放疗后,行右肺癌行右上、下肺支气管袖状切除术,右肺中叶支
