患者盖××女40岁双眼视力下降1年11个月。1990年3月17日以双眼白内障收住院。患者于88年2月自觉关节痛、低热、在某院诊为系统性红斑狼疮。在治疗该病过程中口服大量强地松,静滴地塞米松和氢化可的松,用药2年1个月。具体用药如下:1988年2月至4月口服强地松每日30mg;1988年4月至8月每日口服强地松45mg;1988年8月至9月减量口服强地松,每日40mg;9月至10月、口服强地松每日35mg;1988年10月初停口服强地松,改用静滴氢化可地松3天每日50mg;后又服强
