学徒制是目前西方多数发达国家职业教育的主体,也是我国当下职业教育积极探索的新模式。与西方发达国家相比,学徒制在我国起步较晚,许多院校、专业在某些教学环节的组织及教学模式的实施上虽有着学徒制教学模式的雏形,但缺乏系统的研究和归纳。园艺技术专业作为涉农专业,教学组织上要体现生产的季节性,加之专业涵盖范围广,进行现代学徒制教学模式探索与实践十分必要,基于园艺技术专业产学研协合作的办学实践,对学徒制模式实施的形式、效果、前景进行分析和探索。
Apprenticeship is the main body of vocational education in most western developed countries and is also a new mode of active exploration of vocational education in our country. Compared with western developed countries, apprenticeship started relatively lately in our country. Although many institutions and professions have the embryonic form of apprentice teaching mode in some aspects of teaching organization and teaching mode, they lack of systematic research and conclusion. Horticulture technology as a professional agriculture-related, teaching organization to reflect the seasonal production, combined with professional coverage of a wide range of modern apprenticeship teaching mode exploration and practice is very necessary, based on horticultural technology professional production and research co-operation of teaching and learning, apprentice The mode, effect and prospect of mode implementation are analyzed and explored.
