流动人口犯罪现在已经成为社会关注的焦点。它不仅不利于城市经济的发展和人口素质的提高,更对社会的稳定产生极大的危害。目前对于流动人口犯罪的原因和预防措施有多种理论研究,大多数集中在社会和经济因素的分析。本文试图通过社会控制理论对流动人口犯罪进行解读,以期在寻求预防流动人口犯罪的对策中获得相关启示。
The crime of floating population has now become the focus of society. It is not only unfavorable to the development of urban economy and the improvement of population quality, but also greatly jeopardizes the social stability. At present, there are many theoretical studies on the causes and preventive measures of crimes committed by floating population, most of which focus on the analysis of social and economic factors. This article attempts to interpret the crime of floating population through the theory of social control with a view to gain some enlightenment from the countermeasure of seeking to prevent the crime of floating population.
