糖适平是第二代口服降血糖磺脲类药物。我院一糖尿病病人服药后,先后引起皮肤过敏(荨麻疹)及消化道出血不良反应。经及时治疗和护理,病人病情很快得到控制,现报告如下。 病人,男,60岁,1992年因胃溃疡出血做过胃次全切除。从1997年始病人明显消瘦,并有三多症状(多尿、多饮、多食)出现。化验血糖12.6mmol/L,尿糖((?)),诊断为Ⅱ型糖尿病。遵医嘱,服用糖适平,早60mg,中午30mg,晚30mg。服药后第二天,病人胸、背、四肢皮肤出现荨麻疹,发红、搔痒,考虑皮肤 Sugar is the second generation of oral hypoglycemic sulfonylureas.
