随着社会主义和谐社会的提出,我国社会主义民主政治的推进,人民群众参与社会管理的意识不断加强,舆论监督的能力也在不断提高,政府信息公开的要求和呼声越来越高,信息公开成为了政府公共管理中不可缺少的核心环节。标志着我国政府信息公开迈进崭新阶段的《中华人民共和国政府信息公开条例》于2008年5月1日正式实施,至今快满三年了,政府应该如何适应新的信息传播环境,进一步转变执政理念和治理方式,发挥在公共管理中的主导作用,提升自己的信息工作,以获得更佳的影响力和公信力,已成为我国公共管理中亟待解决的重要问题。
