目的:探讨在围生期进行个性化阶段干预对孕妇及新生儿的影响。方法:将北华大学附属医院2012年2~12月收治的80例孕妇分为干预组和对照组各40例,干预组实行个性化阶段干预,对照组实行常规护理,对两组孕产妇分娩方式、母乳喂养率及随访期间新生儿体重和身长进行统计分析。结果:干预组孕妇选择自然生产的例数较对照组明显增多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);产后进行母乳喂养率较对照组有所提高,新生儿在随访期内体重增长较对照组快,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对围生期的孕妇进行个性化阶段干预可帮助孕妇选择科学的分娩方式并提高母乳喂养率,增强新生儿体质,值得临床推广应用。 Objective: To explore the impact of individualized intervention on pregnant women and newborn during the perinatal period. Methods: Eighty pregnant women admitted to Beihua University Hospital from January to December in 2012 were divided into intervention group (n = 40) and control group (n = 40). The intervention group was given individualized intervention and the control group received routine nursing. Methods, breastfeeding rates and neonatal weight and length during follow-up were statistically analyzed. Results: The number of pregnant women in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The rate of breastfeeding after birth was higher than that of the control group. The weight gain of newborns during the follow-up period was significantly higher than that of the control group Group fast, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The individualized stage intervention for pregnant women during the perinatal period can help pregnant women choose a scientific mode of delivery and raise the rate of breastfeeding, and enhance the physique of neonates, which is worthy of clinical application.
