在印度及其他一些国家,有些浆厂已经开始使用纤维素酶对纸浆性能进行改善。采用3种纤维素酶分别进行了实验室和工厂条件下的试验,研究纤维素酶对打浆及滤水性能的影响。研究结果表明,纤维素酶能有效地对浆料纤维进行改性,从而降低打浆能耗,改善浆料滤水性能,且对浆料的强度性能基本没有影响。
In India and other countries, some pulp mills have begun to use cellulase to improve pulp performance. Three kinds of cellulase were used in laboratory and factory conditions, respectively, to study the effect of cellulase on the beating and drainage properties. The results show that cellulase can effectively modify the pulp fiber, thus reducing the energy consumption of the pulp and improving the water filtration performance, and has no effect on the strength performance of the pulp.
