目的探讨血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)a-L-岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)对原发性肝癌(primary hepatocarcinoma,PHC)的诊断价值。方法对PHC138例、良性肝病组80例和正常对照者40例血清中ALT、AST、AFU、GGT和LDH同时进行测定。结果 PHC组各项指标水平和阳性率明显高于良性肝病组及正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论联合检测血清中的ALT、AST、AFU、GGT和LDH对提高原发性肝癌的诊断率有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the effects of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) aL-fucosidase (AFU), γ-glutamyl transferase (GGT) and lactate dehydrogenase ) In the diagnosis of primary hepatocarcinoma (PHC). Methods The serum levels of ALT, AST, AFU, GGT and LDH were measured in 138 cases of PHC, 80 cases of benign liver disease and 40 cases of normal control. Results The indexes and positive rates of PHC group were significantly higher than those of benign liver disease group and normal control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The combined detection of serum ALT, AST, AFU, GGT and LDH is of great importance in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer.
