伴随着国内经济的高速发展,我国对工程造价人才的要求愈来愈紧急,尤其是应用型人才。然而,目前我国职业人才的培养却遇到了许多的挑战,具体表现在:1.现在的人才培养重学术、轻技术,与社会所需要的人才类型相反;2.现在的应用型人才达不到企业的要求;3.现有的职业院校不能顺利承担技术人才培养的重大责任。从这几个方面可知,我国现有的职业教育急需改进,增强职业培养的针对性。而专业资格认证是职业教育的基础,具有现实意义。
With the rapid development of the domestic economy, the demand for project cost talents in our country is getting more and more urgent, especially for applied talents. However, at present, there are many challenges to the cultivation of professional talents in our country. The concrete manifestation is as follows: 1. Nowadays, the training of talents in science and technology is opposite to the type of talents required by society. 2. Nowadays, Business requirements; 3 existing vocational colleges can not successfully assume the important responsibility of technical personnel training. From these several aspects, we can see that our country’s current vocational education urgently needs improvement and enhances the pertinence of vocational training. The professional qualification certification is the basis of vocational education, with practical significance.
