目的探讨Ki-67与FasL在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中的表达的相关性。方法收集20例正常乳腺组织和60例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织标本,应用免疫组化技术检测Ki-67和FasL的表达情况。结果在正常乳腺组织和乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中,Ki-67的阳性表达率分别为15.0%和65.0%(P<0.01),FasL的阳性表达率分别为15.0%和78.3%(P<0.01);乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中,Ki-67阳性表达与FasL表达具有显著相关性(P<0.01)。结论 Ki-67阳性表达和FasL表达相关,两者联合检测有助于判定肿瘤恶性生物学行为。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of Ki-67 and FasL in invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast. Methods Tissues were collected from 20 cases of normal breast tissue and 60 cases of infiltrating ductal breast carcinoma. The expressions of Ki-67 and FasL were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive expression rate of Ki-67 in normal breast tissue and invasive ductal breast cancer was 15.0% and 65.0% (P <0.01), and the positive rates of FasL were 15.0% and 78.3% (P <0.01) ). The expression of Ki-67 in breast invasive ductal carcinoma was significantly correlated with the expression of FasL (P <0.01). Conclusion The positive expression of Ki-67 is correlated with the expression of FasL, and the combined detection of Ki-67 and Helicobacter pylori may be helpful to determine the malignant biological behavior of tumor.
