在Excel的使用中经常需要将一个单元格中的数据拆分到多个单元格中,或将多个单元格中的数据合并到一个单元格中。就数据的合并而言,Microsoft Excel在格式工具栏中提供了“合并及居中”(?) 按钮,但此功能有一个缺陷,即它只能将选定区域左上方的数据放置到合并单元格中,如果其他单元格中有数据,则该数据将被删除。
In the use of Excel, you often need to split the data in one cell into multiple cells, or combine the data in multiple cells into one cell.
