(一) 今年以来,改革开放步伐明显加快,国民经济全面快速增长,市场销售活跃,人民生活继续改善。1—9月累计,社会商品零售总额为7860.5亿元,比去年同期增长14.4％。其中消费品为6875亿元,增长15.2％;农业生产资料为985.5亿元,增长9％。在消费品零售额中,城市为3852亿元,增长17.1％;县及县以下为3023亿元,增长12.9％,低于城市4.2个百分点。初步预计,全年社会商品零售总额将达到10800亿元,比去年增长14.7％,
