结合福州地铁二号线建设中管线迁改工作的体会,以某具体车站为例,提出了采用缆线管廊工艺解决地铁施工中电力电缆和通信电缆迁改的具体实施方案。根据对现状管线规模的分析,确定缆线管廊的净空尺寸为:宽×高=1.70m×1.50m。缆线管廊设计需要考虑支架安装、防火、接地等的要求。缆线管廊布置于地铁车站上方需要论证其对车站抗浮及结构防水的影响。根据入廊缆线后期检修及交叉口进出管廊的需求,论文详细论述了缆线管廊检修井及四通接口井的节点设计。
Combined with the experience of pipeline relocation in the construction of Fuzhou Metro Line 2, a concrete station was taken as an example to propose a concrete implementation scheme of using cable duct technology to solve the relocation of power cables and communications cables in subway construction. Cable gallery design needs to consider the bracket installation, fire, grounding and other requirements. Cable duct arranged above the subway station need to demonstrate its impact on the station anti-floating and waterproof structure. According to the requirements of access control and entrance and exit of corridor cable, the paper discusses the node design of cable access control and four-way interface well in detail.
