在后张法预应力混凝土结构中,孔道压浆主要目的是防止预应力筋的腐蚀及预应力筋与结构砼之间能有效的粘接,孔道压浆的密实性是孔道压浆成功与否的主要技术要求。传统的压浆工艺普遍存在着浆体不密实,管道不饱满,存在孔隙等缺陷,导致预应力筋受到锈蚀,减少结构耐久性能。本文通过真空辅助压浆与普通管道压浆的对比试验与分析,概述真空辅助压浆在预应力结构施工中的显著作用及技术应用。
