广东音乐名家易剑泉,曾用名易元兆、易健泉,易健庵,广东省鹤山县玉桥乡人,一八九七年农历四月二十五日出生,一九七一年七月二十六日逝世,享年七十五岁。他终生致力于音乐创作、演奏和音乐教育事业,对继承和发展广东音乐,作出了显著的贡献。易剑泉八岁入广州荷溪小学读书,十岁转读于南海高等小学和韶舞学校。幼年在学时就喜爱音乐,常参加学校的音乐活动,并
