目的研究藤梨根的化学成分。方法利用各种色谱法进行分离,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构。结果从藤梨根的水提取物中分离得到10个苯丙素类成分,分别鉴定为绿原酸(1)、隐绿原酸(2)、新绿原酸(3)、3-O-香豆酰奎宁酸(4)、咖啡酸(5)、反式对羟基桂皮酸(6)、秦皮甲素(7)、东莨菪素(8)、东莨菪苷(9)和异秦皮苷(10)。结论化合物1~4、6、8~10为首次从猕猴桃属中分离得到,化合物5为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of rattan root. Methods Various chromatographic methods were used for the separation and identification of structures based on physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results Ten phenylpropanoids were isolated from the aqueous extracts of Tengal roots and identified as chlorogenic acid (1), cryptogenic acid (2), neogenic acid (3), 3-O- (4), caffeic acid (5), trans-hydroxycinnamic acid (6), aesculin (7), scopolamine (8), scopolamine (9) and isopucoside 10). Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 4, 6 and 8 ~ 10 were isolated from Actinidia for the first time, and compound 5 was isolated from this plant for the first time.
